ABOUT THE COACHING SESSIONS
The coaching usually flows very organically.
Questions can be asked and I can share direct pointers on where to pivot and share strategies tailored to your specific situation on how to make sustainable progress.
I will give my advice on growing your boundaries and increasing your ability to handle activities and engage with life. Sometimes we need someone to tell us it is okay and safe to either take a step forward into the unknown or backwards to take some rest.
Another part of the coaching sessions often flows into investigating your direct experience,
I will guide you through the emotions and thoughts in real time. Investigating the thoughts, doubts, fears etc. while simultaneaosly opening ourselves up to fully embracing the emotions and sensations in the body, accepting them as they are.
This practice can open up some repressed emotions which is a wonderful opportunity to free ourselves from the weight we are carrying around. I will also provide you with the tools to navigate these situations on your own.
Most importantly, the coaching sessions are a free and safe space for YOU.
